“Topical treatments of the skin are an essential part of plastic surgery of the face. Since topical treatments are non-surgical they are best done by an experienced Registered Nurse (RN), under a plastic surgeon’s direction. Proper identification of appropriate treatments or adjustments for individual response and physician dispensed products and services are key to the best results for each person.”

The Biomedic Micropeel Plus               $80
This peel uses salicylic acid in a patented micro-sponge technology system. Salicylic acid is effective in dissolving the waxy build up in pores which can cause blemishes. Some downtime may include peeling which occurs two to four days after the procedure and may last up to three days. A series of six treatments is recommended.

The Vitalize Peel                                 $100

Vibradermabrasion                             $125
This new-patented technology effectively exfoliates the top 75-80% of the stratum corneum (top layer of skin cells) using a vibrating paddle.  Vibraderm stimulates new collagen and helps reduce fine lines, age spots and acne/scarring.  It includes an infusion paddle for topical delivery of products.

Advanced Skin Care Center is a medically supervised skin care facility.  We provide complimentary skin care evaluations that include sample products for each patient’s specific needs.  We will also recommend peels and/or treatments to enhance the effectiveness of those products. These include chemical peels (light, medium and deep), as well as microdermabrasion and vibradermabrasion. Peels and treatments are meant to exfoliate the top layers of the skin, which in turn rejuvenate the surface.  The depth of the peel is directly related to the recovery time and results.
